This cooking class is designed for anyone that is interested in meat. The goal of this cooking class is to broaden one's theoretical and practical knowledge of how to work with meat and what cuts to choose for different occasions. We will make a menu without waste and we will try to get the best out of each beautiful piece from our butcher!
