Come and discover authentic Mexican gastronomy, intangible cultural heritage of UNESCO, by chef Loïc Gabus who lived and worked in a restaurant in Mexico for 4 years. In this cooking class you will be enchanted by the mix of spices and millennial flavours.
Tortillas, mole (typical Oaxaca sauce), barbacoa will make you forget Tex-Mex cuisine.
