A gourmet menu by la maison gourmande | 2021

| TBC for the first part of 2021 | 

Apart from the traditional turkey in the oven, an end of the year menu with daring and subtle flavors that will surprise more than one by working vegetables straight from the permaculture vegetable garden of the head nutritionist Vanessa Alfieri of La Maison Gourmande.

She will also show you a few nutrition tips to enjoy a healthy and tasty meal without a heavy stomach and with a good sleep.


The Menu :

- Amuse-bouche: Rillette of sardines with cashew cream on its endive leaf
- Raw vegetable starter: Creamy Jerusalem artichoke soup with roasted clementines and herb vinaigrette 
- Meat dish: Medallion of veal cooked at low temperature, full-bodied juice with cinnamon Squash and chestnuts with cranberries and root vegetables in a salt crust

- Dessert: Baked pear sublimated by its black olive tapenade topped with its salted butter caramel | Crunchy walnut crumble and its pepper custard
