It is essential to master the basics in the kitchen, both to save time and to get rid of stress to finally get a quality result for sure. We offer you a special cooking class with chef Romain Vuilleumier on cutting techniques and cooking "tricks & tips" that will undeniably help you evolve in your kitchen.

The menu:

- We will elaborate 3 appetizers: a beef tartar with sundried tomatoes and herbs, a seasonal vegetable salad rich in color and flavor and finally a destructured "papet Vaudois"..
- As a main course, we will prepare a fillet of sea bream cooked on one side with a saffron sauce, ratatouille and fried apples.
