The associations of flavors that detonate can be frightening and it is with delicacy that Chef nutritionist Vanessa Alfieri of La Maison Gourmande invites you to discover and propose new subtle and authentic tastes using vegetables from her vegetable garden grown in permaculture that will make your taste buds drool.
The menu :
- Amuse-bouche | Jerusalem artichoke hummus, black garlic & watercress on its sourdough crouton
- Raw vegetable starter | Cream of cauliflower soup with peanut & vegan pesto with herbs
- Meat dish | Medallion of lamb, anchovies & white chocolate béarnaise cream, Beet & Pomegranate in 2 texture
- Dessert | Salade de kakis pimentés au miel, biscuit aux noix sublimé d’une glace à la vanille & cardamone
