> 1 red pepper, seeded

1 | Mix the first 5 ingredients in a blender. 2 | Heat the olive oil and add the above mixture. 3 | Once it starts cooking add the vinegar and reduce until the sauce is chunky without water.. 4 | Season with salt & pepper. 5 | Cool. 6 | Fry the bacon in a pan until brown and crispy. 7 | Remove to cool on paper towels to absorb excess fat. 8 | Break the bacon into small bits.
