1 | Grind all ingredients until smooth, except the bay leaf. 2 | Sauté until half cooked and add the bay leaf. |
› Use immediately with: Tofu or vegetable curry, Steamed fish, Fish skewer, Sweet fried tempe, Chicken mushroom soup. › Or transfer to an airtight container and store it in the fridge up to 2 weeks. |
