CHOCOLATE BEETROOT BROWNIES

-   All levels

Ingredients:

> 140 g cooked beets, peeled and finely grated
> 30 g dark cocoa powder
> 150 g dark chocolate
> 3 eggs
> 120 g olive oil
> 125 g spelt flour
> 1 vanilla stick
> 375gr fine raw sugar
> pinch of fleur de sel
> 100 g hazelnuts

Directions:

1 | Melt the chocolate in a bain-marie with the olive oil.

2 | Beat the eggs, sugar and vanilla.

3 | Add the melted chocolate, then the flour and the sifted cocoa.

| Mix well and add the beets.

Place in rectangular or square pan lined with parchment paper.

|Bake in a preheated oven at 180C for 25 minutes (the brownies should remain soft).
