BURGER NEUCHÂTELOIS

Serves 4  All levels

Ingredients:

> 320 gr minced beef
> 100 gr de saucisson neuchâtelois
> 120 gr cooked cold, well drained quinoa
> tbsp Dijon mustard
> 2 tbsp olive oil
> 1 chopped spring onion
> 120 gr washed & dried baby spinach
> Salt & pepper

Directions:

1 | Mix the veal with the quinoa and spring onions.

2 | Season with the mustard and olive oil.

3 | Shape the patties with your hands using the girth measure and refrigerate.

4 | Fry the burgers in a hot pan with a little bit of olive oil.
