Pastry for the bottom of the tartlets:

> 500g floure
> 300g butter
> 200g sugar
> 2 eggs
Pinch of salt


250g dark chocolate
> 2 yolks
> 200g milk
> 200g whole cream
> 60g sugar


200g powdered sugar
2.5 tbsp water
Green food coloring

Tartlet dough:

1 | Temper the butter and beat it with a mixer.

2 | Add the sugar and let it whiten.

3 | Add the flour.

| Add the eggs one by one then add a pinch of salt.

| Shape the tartletss into molds and bake at 180C for 10-15min.

|Let cool before filling.


1 | Boil the milk and cream with the chocolate (the chocolate should melt).

2 | Blanch the sugar with the egg yolks.

3 | Pour the boiling milk and cream mixture over the chocolate mixture and mix.

4 | Fill the bottoms of the tartlets with the filling.

5 | Set aside in a cool place for at least 2 hours.


1 | Mix all ingredients in a bowl.

2 | Once the filling has set in the tartlets, cover them with the icing (about half a teaspoon per tartlet).

3 | Add a chocolate chip to the center of each tartlet.
