Michaël Ischi is a young Chef that is 19 years old, very motivated and enterprising both in his professional projects as in his personal life. Since obtaining his CFC in the Michelin-starred restaurant of La Maison du Village in Sauges, he works conscientiously to start his own business in the world of gastronomy. With this motivation and his youth, he pleads in favour of a modern cuisine tuned into the latest technologies.
