CHILI CON CARNE
|Serves 8 All levels|
> 800 gr minced beef
> Sour cream (1 tsp per plate)
1 | Heat the olive oil in a large pan.
2 | Add the onions, garlic and peppers and sauté for a few minutes.
3 | Add the meat and stir until it changes color.
4 | Add the spices, the tomato paste, the tomatoes and the red wine and stir.
5 | Cook on low for approximately 30 minutes.
6 | Add the red kidney beans and cook for 5 more minutes. Adjust the flavor according to your taste.
7 | Serve with white rice topped with some shredded cheddar cheese, sour cream and chives.
