Ingredients :
> 115 g (1/2 cup) butter, softened at room temperature |

1 | Preheat the oven to 180 C and line a baking tray with parchment paper. 2 | Mix together the butter and 2 sugars for a few minutes. 3 | Beat in the vanilla extract and egg, mix until smooth. 4 | Stir in the baking soda and salt. 5 | Add the flour in batches rather than all at once, combine. 6 | Fold in the chocolate chunks and nuts with a spatula until well-distributed throughout the batter. 7 | Place small rough balls of dough onto the prepared sheet (approx. 2 tbsp). 8 | Bake for 10-12 minutes (until the chocolate has melted, the cookies are slightly golden brown). 9 | Take out of the oven and sprinkle with the fleur de sel and enjoy! |
