CHICKEN BREAST WITH MUSTARD AND TARRAGON
|Serves 4 All levels|
> 800 gr chicken breast, cut into thin strips
1 | Heat a little rapeseed oil in a frying pan.
2 | Sauté the chicken until it is cooked through. Salt the meat during cooking.
3 | Set aside.
4 | On the same pan add the mustard and stir for a few seconds.
5 | Add the demi-crème and mix until the sauce is smooth.
6 | Add pepper.
7 | Return the chicken to the sauce.
8 | Adjust the seasoning and add the tarragon. Mix and serve with spaëtlis, rice or pasta and a seasonal vegetable of your choice.
