SPINACH AND FETA PUFF PASTRY

For 12 puff pastries  All levels

Ingredients:

> 1 package of frozen spinach leaves, thawed and dried, chopped
> 1 rectangular puff pastry
> 1 feta cheese
> 1 clove garlic, pressed
1 tsp. Italian herbs with chili
1 egg
> 100 ml of half & half
> Olive oil
> Salt & pepper

Directions:

1 | Preheat the oven to 180 C.

2 | Heat oil in a frying pan.

| Add the garlic and sauté 15 seconds.

| Add the spinach.

| Season with salt & pepper. Add Italian spicy herb mixture.

| Stir and heat for a few minutes.

Turn off the stove and add the crumbled feta cheese.

| Add the egg and the half & half. Stir and mix well.

| Roll out the puff pastry on the work surface.

10 | Cut the dough into 12 pieces. Leave them on the parchment paper.

11 | Stuff each small square with about 2 teaspoons of filling.

12 | Close the 4 corners of the dough by gluing them together.

13 | Roll up the two flat ends.

14 | Bake in the oven for 30 minutes until crisp and golden.

You can serve them with a green salad as a main course.
