Ingredients:
> 1 apple, spiralized or grated

1 | Heat the coconut oil in a frying pan. 2 | Add the rolled oats and fry a few minutes on high until lightly toasted. 3 | Cover with a little bit of boiling water (just to coat). 4 | When the water is absorbed by the oats (a few seconds), add the apple and the pumpkin spice. 5 | Stir a minute or two (until the apple softens). 6 | Transfer to a bowl. 7 | Top with the almond cream and the maple syrup and a fresh fruit of your choice. |
