For the pesto:
> 2 bunches of fresh basil Ingredients:
> 400 gr fusilli, cooked according to the instructions on the package |
Directions: | |
1 | Mix all of the pesto ingredients in a blender. 2 | Drain the pasta. 3 | Add the pesto, tomatoes and mix everything gently together. 4 | Season to taste and serve in pasta plates. 5 | Arrange the burrata quarters on top of the pasta in each plate. 6 | Decorate with the chopped basil leaves and sprinkle with some grated Parmesan cheese. |
