SWETHA’S GARAM MASALA

 -  All levels

Ingredients:

> 50 gr cinnamon
> 25 gr cloves
> 25 gr cardamome grains
> 10 gr bay leaves
> 25 gr cumin seeds
> 25 gr coriander seeds

Direction:

1 | Grind all of the above and mix with 100gr of turmeric powder & 50 gr of Kashmir chili powder.

› You can keep it in the fridge for up to a year in a glass container.

Enjoy it with all your Indian food.
