| Put all the ingredients in a blender apart from the broth. | Add the broth little until you reach a desired, smooth and creamy consistency. | Season to taste with salt, pepper and the piment d'Espelette according to taste. | Refrigirate for at least 1 hour. | Top with a little bit of Greek yogurt, a lime slice and some chopped coriander leaves or Spring onions. |
