ARTICHOKE & ARUGULA HUMMUS

For a bowl  All levels

Ingredients:

> 1 can of chickpeas, keep some liquid on the side
> 1 can of artichoke hearts, drained
> 1 garlic clove
> 1 tsp cumin
> 30 gr sesame seeds (you can use tahini if your blender is not a powerful one)
> Handful of arugula
> 30 ml lemon juice
> 1 tbsp olive oil
> 1 tsp of LLC chili oil (optional)
> Salt & pepper

Directions:

1 | Mix all of the ingredients in a blender (the consistency should be smooth & creamy).

2 | Add chickpea liquid if necessary.
