Beetroot hummus |

Ingredients:
> 1 ½ cans of chickpeas

1 | 1. Drain the ½ can of chickpeas. 2 | 2. From the second can remove a bit of liquid and reserve it (you will add it in case the hummus is too thick). 3 | 3. Put all the ingredients in the blender and blend until a creamy consistency. 4 | 4. Adjust the thickness with the remaining chickpea liquid, if necessary. 5 | 5. Adjust the seasoning with salt & pepper and with the chili oil, depending on the level of spiciness that you’d like to achieve. 6 | 6. Serve with pita bread, fresh veggies, on pumpernickel bread or on any other way you like. |
