1 | Preheat oven to 180C. 2 | Prepare the Bolognese sauce. 3 | Mix in a bowl the ricotta, 200 gr of mozzarella, 75 gr of parmesan, the egg, the garlic, the spinach and season with salt and pepper. 4 | Start to make layers in the following order in the pan: a little bit of the Bolognese sauce, a layer of pasta, Bolognese sauce, pasta, cheese/spinach filling, pasta, Bolognese sauce... 5 | At top you should finish with the Bolognese sauce and sprinkle it with the rest of the mozzarella and the parmesan cheese.
6 | Cover with aluminum foil.
7 | Put in the oven and cook for 45 minutes. |
