LINGUINES BETWEEN LAND AND SEA

 4 persons  All levels

Ingredients:

> 200 gr linguines
> 200 gr shelled shrimp
> 30 gr dehydrated sea bean spaghetti (seaweed)
> 1 small Spring onion
> 1 small red pepper
> 1 large pinch of dehydrated sea lettuce flakes
Parmesan
Olive oil
Salt & pepper

Direction:

1 | Soak the sea spaghetti in cold water for 15 minutes.

2 | Do not throw away the soaking water, place it in a large saucepan and add a large volume of water and salt.

3 | Bring to a boil, add the seaweed and only then the linguine, cooking time 8 to 10 minutes depending on the size of the pasta and the instructions on the package, all must be al dente.

4 | Mince the Spring onion, including a stalk and the chilli.

5 | Fry in a pan with a little olive oil, add the seasoned shrimp and continue cooking until the shrimp are golden brown.

6 | Add the linguini and drained sea spaghetti.

Leave for a few minutes.

Rectify the seasoning if necessary, sprinkle with parmesan cheese and sea flakes.
