1 | Soak the sea spaghetti in cold water for 15 minutes. 2 | Do not throw away the soaking water, place it in a large saucepan and add a large volume of water and salt. 3 | Bring to a boil, add the seaweed and only then the linguine, cooking time 8 to 10 minutes depending on the size of the pasta and the instructions on the package, all must be al dente. 4 | Mince the Spring onion, including a stalk and the chilli. 5 | Fry in a pan with a little olive oil, add the seasoned shrimp and continue cooking until the shrimp are golden brown. 6 | Add the linguini and drained sea spaghetti. 7 | Leave for a few minutes. 8 | Rectify the seasoning if necessary, sprinkle with parmesan cheese and sea flakes. |
