MY FAMILY RECIPE FOR STUFFED EGGS

Serves : 4-5 people as a main dish, 8-10 people for brunch  All levels

Ingredients:

> 10 hard-boiled eggs
> A bunch of fresh dill
> A bunch of fresh chives
> 1-2 tbsp melted butter + butter for cooking
> Bread crumbs
> Salt & pepper

 

Directions:

1 | Cool the eggs.

2 | Cut them in half lengthwise with the shells trying not to break the shells.

3 | Gently empty the shells to avoid breaking themr.

| Chop the eggs in a food processor. Season with salt & pepper.

Chop the herbs by hand.

Mix the eggs, the herbs and the 2 tablespoons of butter in a bowl.

Gently stuff the eggshells with the egg mixture and press them in the breadcrumbs.

Heat some butter in a frying pan.

Brown the stuffed eggs in the pan with the shells up top.
