MY FAMILY RECIPE FOR STUFFED EGGS
|Serves : 4-5 people as a main dish, 8-10 people for brunch All levels|
> 10 hard-boiled eggs
1 | Cool the eggs.
2 | Cut them in half lengthwise with the shells trying not to break the shells.
3 | Gently empty the shells to avoid breaking themr.
4 | Chop the eggs in a food processor. Season with salt & pepper.
5 | Chop the herbs by hand.
6 | Mix the eggs, the herbs and the 2 tablespoons of butter in a bowl.
7 | Gently stuff the eggshells with the egg mixture and press them in the breadcrumbs.
8 | Heat some butter in a frying pan.
9 | Brown the stuffed eggs in the pan with the shells up top.
