CHOCOLATE FONDANT WITH A SURPRISE HEART

Ingredients for 4-5 fondants  All levels

Ingredients:

> 95 gr dark chocolate
> 5 whole eggs
> 90 gr butter (+ 10gr to butter the forms)
> 45 gr flour (+ 1 tablespoon for the forms)
> A few raspberries
> 125 gr sugar

Directions:

1 | Melt the butter and chocolate in a bain-marie.

2 | Line the fondant (muffin) forms with the flour and the butter. Tap well to remove excess flour.

3 | Blanch the sugar and eggs energetically for 5 min (important).

| Add the flour to the sieve.

Once the chocolate and the butter are one, mix the two preparations.

Mold, insert 1 raspberry into the center of each form and bake for 10 minutes at 200 ° C.

Wait 3 minutes before unmolding.

OPTIONAL You can serve the chocolate fondant on a some raspberry or strawberry coulis.
