CHOCOLATE FONDANT BY CHRISTOPHE LOEFFEL

6-8 chocolates fondant  All levels

Ingredients:

> 140 gr dark chocolate
> 125 gr butter
> 175 gr sugar
> 4 eggs
> 60 gr flour

Directions:

| Melt the dark chocolate with the butter in a bowl in a double boiler.

| Using a whisk, beat the eggs with the sugar until you have a very airy mixture.

| Add the butter and melted chocolate mixture all at once to the eggs and mix with a spatula, gently incorporating as a chocolate mousse.

| Sieve in the flour and mix.

It is best to let the dough rest for 2 hours in the refrigerator.

Bake in muffin cups in the oven at 190 ° C for 9 minutes.
