BEETROOT MOUSSE

For a bowl  All levels

Ingredients:

> 350 gr of cooked beetroots
> 1 clove of garlic
> Juice from half a lemon
> 1 tsp of LLC chili oil
> Salt pepper
> Zaatar

Directions:

1 | Combine all the ingredients except the zaatar in a blender (the consistency should be smooth).

2 | Sprinkle with zaatar.

| Serve with pita crisps or on a slice of toasted bread with avocado or feta cheese.
