GINGERBREAD BY CHRISTOPHER LOEFFEL

> 300 g water
1 | Preheat your oven to 170°C.
2 | In a bowl mix the flour with the baking powder.
3 | Heat the water, with the sugar, the zest, salt and the spices.
4 | Add the honey and butter, once completely melted add the mixture of flour and baking powder.
5 | Mix well with a whisk.
6 | Grease your loaf pan, line it with parchment paper and pour in the gingerbread mixture.
7 | Bake for about 50 minutes.
