SOURDOUGH HAMBURGER BUNS

> 500 gr flour
1 | Mix the flour, the sugar, the butter add the sourdough starter.
2 | Dissolver the yeast in lukewarm water et add to the flour mixture.
3 | Add the milk and 1 egg and knead for 5 minutes.
4 | Add the salt et knead for 5 additional minutes.
5 | Put the dough in an oiled bowl, cover with a damp kitchen towel et leave to rest for approximately 2-3 hours.
6 | Divide the dough into 8 pieces and form balls that you then put a baking rack lined with parchment paper.
7 | Cover with the damp towel and leave to rise until the dough has doubled its volume (approximately 1-1.5 hours).
8 | Preheat oven to 190° C, hot air function.
9 | Whisk 1 egg with a little bit of water and brush the buns with it.
10 | Sprinkle with the sesame seeds.
11 | Bake the buns for 20-22 minutes.
12 | Remove from the oven and let cool on a wire rack.
