GLUTEN & DIARY FREE BANANA PANCAKES

Serves 2-3 (approx. 10 pancakes)  All levels

Ingredients:

> 2 bananas
> 4 eggs
> 1 tbsp coconut oil
> 1 tbsp chia seeds
> 1 tsp cinnamon (or pumpkin spice)

 

Directions:

1 | Mix all of the following ingredients in a blender.

2 | Pour circles onto a preheated, dry pan.

3 | Turn the pancakes when the batter starts to make bubbles on the surface.

4 | Serve with maple sirop, coconut flakes (hemps seeds, lax seed as...) and seasonal fruit of your choice.

 Perfect for your Sunday brunch or any day of the week!
