2 SALMON PASTA
|Serves 4-6 All levels|
> 500 gr of pasta
1 | Cook the pasta in salted water according to the instructions on the package.
2 | Cut the salmon into small pieces.
3 | Mince the red onion.
4 | Heat the pan with 1 tablespoon of olive oil.
5 | Sauté the onions.
6 | Add the salmon and mix for a few minutes until the salmon changes color.
7 | Pour the white wine into the pan and cook until the wine is reduced by half.
8 | Add the capers.
9 | Add cream and cook a few more minutes.
10 | Turn of the stove and add the dill and a lot of fresh pepper.
11 | Drain the pasta.
12 | Mix the sauce with the pasta.
› Serve with grated Parmesan to taste.
