WILD GARLIC PESTO

For 1 jar of sauce  All levels

Ingredients:

> 100 g wild garlic
> 50 g roasted cashews
> 1 tsp sugar
> 30-40 ml olive oil
> Water to dilute
> Salt & pepper
> 30 gr grated parmesan

Directions:

| Mix all the ingredients in a food processor except the Parmesan.
| Adjust the consistency with oil and water.

If you use the entire quantity directly, you can add the parmesan, otherwise add just a little directly on the pasta and mix everything together (do not add parmesan if you keep the pesto in the fridge or if you freeze it). Enjoy your meal !
