PIZZA COOKED ON THE GRILL

The dough (serves 4)  All levels

Ingredients for the dough:

> 300gr of flour
> 190 ml of water
> 20 g of fresh yeast
> Salt

Direction:

1 | Allow to inflate a few hours.

2 | To grill, you need a perforated baking sheet.

3 | Preheat the grill to about 250°C.

| Put the baking sheet with the pizza and cook it with the cover closed for 5-7min (depending on the power of your grill).
