PUFF PASTRY POCKETS WITH HAM

16 pockets (as a meal for 4)  All levels

Ingredients:

> 1 puff pastry 25 x 42 mm
> 150 gr ham
> 4 tbsp quark
> 2 tbsp old-styled Dijon mustard
> 3 tbsp grated cheese
> 1 tbsp chopped chives
> Pepper

Directions:

1 | Preheat the oven to 180C.

2 | Mix all the ingredients for the stuffing.

| Season with pepper (and salt if your ham is not salty enough).

| Cut the dough into 16 squares. Leave them on the baking paper.

| Stuff each small square with 1 teaspoon of stuffing.

| Close the 4 corners of the dough by gluing them together.

| "Roll up" the two flat ends.

| Put in the oven and bake for 20-30 minutes until crispy and golden brown.

You can serve them with a green salad as a main course.
