PUFF PASTRY POCKETS WITH HAM |

Ingredients:
> 1 puff pastry 25 x 42 mm |
Directions: | |
1 | Preheat the oven to 180C. 2 | Mix all the ingredients for the stuffing.
3 | Season with pepper (and salt if your ham is not salty enough). 4 | Cut the dough into 16 squares. Leave them on the baking paper. 5 | Stuff each small square with 1 teaspoon of stuffing. 6 | Close the 4 corners of the dough by gluing them together. 7 | "Roll up" the two flat ends. 8 | Put in the oven and bake for 20-30 minutes until crispy and golden brown. |
