CAESER SALAD WITH GRILLED CHICKEN
|Serves 4 as main dish All levels|
> 4 chicken breasts, seasoned to your liking
For the dressing:
> 6 anchovy filets
1 | Grill the chicken breast on a bbq or in a frying pan until cooked through (approximately 10-15min, depending on their thickness).
2 | Put all the dressing ingredients in a food processor or blender and blend until smooth. Adjust the seasoning with salt and pepper.
3 | Mix the Romain lettuce with the dressing in large bowl.
4 | Cut the chicken into thin strips.
5 | Arrange on each plate: the lettuce topped with the chicken breast strips and sprinkled with some fresh grated Parmesan and fresh pepper.
