BULGUR SALAD

 -  All levels

Ingredients:

> 250 gr of bulgur
> Half a red pepper, cut into cubes
> Half a yellow pepper, cut into cubes
> Half a cucumber, seedless, cut into cubes
> 10 cherry tomatoes, cut into 4
> 1 red onion
Few preserved garlic cloves
1 feta
Juice of 2 limes
Olive oil
Parsley
Chives
Olives
Salt & pepper

Directions:

1 | Cook the bulgur according to the instructions on the package. Let cool.

2 | Mix all the ingredients together.

3 | Season to taste.
