1 | Stir together the mayonnaise, mustard, vinegar, lemon juice, sugar and the hot sauce. 2 | In a large bowl, combine the cabbage, carrots, red onion, green onions, and chili pepper. 3 | Pour the dressing over the cabbage mixture and toss gently to mix. 4 | Season to taste with the fleur de sel and freshly ground pepper. 5 | Chill for 2 hours in the refrigerator before serving. |
