ARTICHOKE HEART AND BACON SALAD

Serves 4  All levels

Ingredients:

> 1 can of artichoke hearts, drained
> 100 gr diced bacon
> 1 onion, minced
> Parsley, chopped
> Olive oil
> Lemon juice
> Salt pepper

 

Directions:

1 | Sauté the bacon with the onion in a pan in a little bit of olive oil until golden brown.

2 | Meanwhile, arrange the artichoke hearts on a deep plate.

| Place the bacon and onion on the artichokes.

Sprinkle with chopped parsley.

Pour a few drops of olive oil and lemon juice on the salad and season with salt (not too much because the bacon is salted) and freshly ground pepper.

Serve with some good grilled bread.
