> 1kg firm potatoes, cooked with the skin a day ahead
1 | Cut the potatoes in cubes.
2 | In a large bowl combine the potatoes, carrots, onion and celery.
3 | In a small bowl make the sauce by mixing together the wine, mayonnaise, Italian seasoning and sour cream.
4 | Pour the sauce over the vegetables and mix gently.
5 | Add the fresh dill and toss.
6 | Season with salt & pepper.
