1 | Mix sauce ingredients in a bowl. 2 | Heat the olive oil in a frying pan. Add the haloumi cheese and fry until golden brown on both sides. 3 | Combine the buckwheat, haloumi and beets in 2 large bowls. 4 | Pour the dressing over the salad. 5 | Garnish with a few baby greens. 6 | Sprinkle with zaatar. |
