AVOCADO SAUCE
For 1 jar of sauce  All levels

Ingredients:

> 2 ripe avocados
> Juice of 1 lime
> 1 garlic clove
> 1 small shallot
> Fresh coriander
> 1 tbsp olive oil
> Salt & pepper

Directions:

1 | Mix all of the ingredients in a food processor.
2 | Adjust the consistency with water.

> Goes well with grilled vegetables or grilled chicken.
