CAESAR SALAD DRESSING

Serves 4 (as a meal)  All levels

Ingredients:

6 anchovy fillets
1 garlic clove
2 tsp capers
3 tbsp mayonnaisee
Juice of half a lemon
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp rapeseed oil
1 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese
1 tsp Dijon mustard (optional)
40-50 ml water

Directions:

| Blend all ingredients in a food processor except for the water.
| Once you have a thick sauce, add the water and blend again.
Serve with romaine lettuce, croutons, Parmesan cheese and grilled chicken breast.
