BAKED 7 SPICE SALMON WITH A CREAMY MUSTARD SAUCE
|Serves 4 All levels|
> 600 gr fresh salmon filet, skinned
1 | Heat oven to 180 C.
2 | Coat the bottom of the salmon with 1 tsp of olive oil.
3 | Sprinkle the top with the 7 spices mix.
4 | Put the salmon on a perforated rack in a baking pan with some water at the bottom (this will make the salmon super moist). If you don’t have such a rack, simply put the salmon on parchment paper on a baking sheet.
5 | Bake for 15 minutes.
6 | Now prepare the sauce.
7 | Heat the reaming olive oil in a frying pan.
8 | Add the chopped shallot and sauté until it becomes translucent.
9 | Add the cream and the mustard. Stir and cook on medium for a few minutes.
10 | Add the capers.
11 | Season with salt and pepper.
12 | Add the dill right before serving the fish.
13 | Serve with a steamed seasonal vegetable.
