Ingredients:
> 12 beautiful elderflowers

1 | Rinse the elderberry flowers under running water. 2 | Put the elderflowers in a large saucepan. 3 | Cover them with the sugar, the water and the citric acid. 4 | Squeeze the lemon quarters onto the mixture and add them to the pan and mix everything together. 5 | Let stand for 48 hours. Stir occasionally. 6 | Bring to a boil. 7 | Filter the syrup and put it in sterilized bottles. |
