SUMMER SMOOTHIE

Serves 2  All levels

Ingredients:

> 10-15 strawberries
> 1 banana
> 2 apples (or peaches)
> 2-4 tbsp oat flakes
> Almond milk

 

Directions:

1 | Put all the fruit and oat flakes in a blender and add up to half of almond milk.

2 | Blend and voilà!

 You can sprinkle with other seeds and nuts. With this smoothie you will have energy until noon. Bon appétit!
