Ingredients:
> 250 gr dry red lentils, soaked in cold water (maximum 30 minutes) |
Directions: | |
1 | Heat olive oil in a large pan. 2 | Add all the vegetables and sauté for a few minutes. 3 | Add the lentils, the broth, the coconut milk and all the spices and let simmer for approximately 20-30min. 4 | 4. Transfer to a blender and mix until smooth as cream. Adjust flavor with salt. |
