MEATBALL VEGGIE SOUP |

Ingredients:
> 2 l broth (homemade is best) |

1 | Cut all the vegetables into small pieces. 2 | Put them in the broth, bring to a boil and cook approximately 10 minutes (don’t overcook, so that the vegetables don’t become soggy). 3 | While the soup is cooking, season the meat with the garlic, salt & pepper. 4 | Form small meatballs with your hands. 5 | After the soup has cooked for 10 minutes gently add the meatballs into it and cook for other 5 minutes or until the meatballs are no longer pink (you can take one out and cut it in half and see if it’s no longer pink inside). 5 | Add the spicy Italian seasoning to taste (approximately 1 tbsp) – depending if you like your food spicy or not. If you don’t want any form of spiciness, add normal Italian seasoning. I make it a little spicy. 6 | Once the heat is turned off, add fresh dill and enjoy! |
