> 1 puff pastry

1 | Preheat oven to 200°C. 2 | Roll out the puff pastry in a dish and prick with a fork. 3 | Spread mustard on the dough, then sprinkle with the grated cheese and last cover with the slice tomatoes (they must cover the dough and be tight enough as they will shrink). 4 | Finally sprinkle with fresh thyme and pepper. 5 | Fold the edge of the pastry inside the dish covering slightly the tomatoes. 6 | Cook for 30 minutes. |
