Pastry ingredients:
> 1 kg flour Ingredients for the filling:
> 600 gr leeks (white parts only) |
Direction for the pastry: | |
1 | Mix all ingredients to obtain a smooth dough. 2 | Let rest for at least 1 hour. 3 | Shape to a thickness of 5mm 2 pies. 4 | Put in pie pans. 5 | Prick with a fork. |

Directions for the filling: | |
1 | Preheat the oven to 180C. 2 | Wash the leeks and cut them in slices with a knife. 3 | Heat the oil in a pan and sear the leeks over medium heat until the leeks are melted and transparent. 4 | Sear the bacon in another pan so that they are well grilled. 5 | Add the bacon with the leeks. Season with salt and pepper.
6 | Mix the half cream with the eggs and the 2 grated cheese. 7 | Arrange the leeks in the pies. 8 | Pour the cream mixture on the leeks. 9 | Bake 30-40 min until nicely colored. |
