TIRAMISU

Serves 4-6  All levels

Ingredients:

> 250 g mascarpone
> 3 eggs
> 100 g sugar
> 1 coffee
> Cocoa Powder
> 100-200 g cookies (ladyfingers, gingerbread…)

Directions:

1 | Blanch the yolks with the sugar.

2 | Add the mascarpone and whisk to obtain a homogeneous mixture.

3 | Beat the egg whites and gently fold in to the yolk mixture.

4 | Dip the cookies in the coffee and dress alternating between the cookies and the cream.

 

Let stand in the fridge before eating and sprinkle with a bit of cocoa powder right before serving.
